A - Body Lenght

Measure from your shoulder to your waist. Your waist is located four fingers beneath your belly button. 

B - 1/2 Chest Width

Measure around your chest beneath your armpits and just below your chest. Take half of that. 

 

Note:

The rashguard is a close fit (tight) and long fit. If you prefer less tight, please take a size larger. For instance, when half your chest width is 45 cm you can take size S when you prefer close fit. If you prefer less tight you can take size M.

Most important is the chest width. The length of the rashguard is normally longer than your body length.
