Return Policy
At Revolt, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we have a hassle-free return policy that allows you to return your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
The shipment of the return is the responsibility of the customer. Any damage of the products during shipping or lost packages will be on the customer's behalf. Please make sure to safely package to products and we recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance to minimize the risk of lost packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund. If the return meets our eligibility criteria, we will refund the full purchase amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exceptions
Please note that if your item is not eligible for return, we will send the product back to you. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the items back to you.
