A - Waist Measure

Measure around the natural waistline right above the hips.

B - Length Measure

Measure from the top of the waistline to the bottom of the leg opening. 

 

Note:

The training shorts are short fit, meaning they will fall high on your thigh.

The waist measure A (of the short) should be smaller than the actual measure of your waist to make sure the elastic waistband fits around your waist. 

Example: Your waist measure is 80 cm. You should go for size S instead of M.
